What are your main products?

Marble, granite, artificial quartz and terrazzo, and other related stone products.

What is your MOQ?

For slabs, considering the safety of transportation, our MOQ is 1×20’FT and mixed items in one container are acceptable.
For cut-to-size and customized items, any quantity is acceptable.

What are the standard sizes of the slabs?

Marble: depends on the sizes of the blocks. We can select the size of the slabs according to your cutting sizes to minimize your material consumption.
Granite: depends on the sizes of the blocks. You can choose the size of the slabs according to your project sizes.
Artificial quartz: 3000 x 1400×15/18/20/25/30mm and 3200 x 1600×15/18/20/25/30mm.
Terrazzo: 2400 x 1600×15/18/20/25/30mm, 2700 x 1800×15/18/20/25/30mm and 3200 x 1600×15/18/20/25/30mm.

What are your standard sizes for marble and granite cut-to-size?

Our standard sizes are as follows:
300x300mm,300x600mm,600x600mm,800x800mm,
900x900mm,1000x1000mm,1200x1200mm.
Available thicknesses: 10mm, 12mm, 15mm, 16mm, 18mm,20mm,25mm, and 30mm.
Customized thicknesses and sizes are welcome.

What surface finishings are available in Sourcing Stone?

Marble can be processed with polished, honed, brushed, acid-washed, sandblasted, bush-hammered, and leathered.
Granite can be polished, honed, flamed, flamed & brushed, water jetted, sandblasted, chiseled, bush hammered, pineappled, and leathered.
Other special surfaces can be copied if a small sample is available.

What is your lead time?

For marble slabs, it will be 7-10 days after receiving the deposit.
For goods with standard cut-to-size, it will take us 15-20 days to finish the production of one full container after receiving the deposit.
For customized designs and sizes, please discuss with our professional sales for details.

Can I get a sample before order?

Yes. Free samples will be provided for the clients to check the color, grain, veins and quality if requested.

What are your payment terms?

T/T and irrevocable L/C at sight.

How do you control the quality?

One technician will follow up with your order from block selection to cutting. Before packing, our professional quality control team will inspect the stone products piece by piece. Pictures of this progress will be taken and sent to you for your long-distance inspection. Meanwhile, we welcome your onsite inspection as well.

Do you provide dry-lay service?

Yes. We can follow your drawings and do dry-lay in our factory before packing. Stickers with numbers with be put on the side of the stone for your easy installation.

What is the package of your stone products?

Slabs: strong seaworthy fumigated wooden bundles.
Cut-to-size: strong seaworthy fumigated wooden crates.

What about the certificate if we need it?

Different country or area needs different certificate. Some certificates are for purpose of customs clearance and some are for the request of the projects. We can arrange to issue different certificates according to your requests.

Do you have inventory with promotional prices?

Yes. Our warehouse has promotion event from time to time. Please contact us for details.

If I am not familiar with shipping arrangement and customs clearance, can you help?

Yes. We have regular shipping agents to handle with the shipment, customs clearance as well as the delivery to your project site if needed.
